Most gifts or consignments to silent auctions are given to get more business, or to be recognized in the community as having participated. Horizons Resorts do not solicit business direct with donors except through charities and specific fundraisers, or event spectaculars given by national companies.
Our company is here for you and your donors only. The term “customer service” has been so abused we hesitate to use it here. We deal solely with you and your donors and have relationships with resorts and cruise lines unavailable to others. Our standards are high and we only hire the best people to serve the best people.
Be assured we want the donor to want to attend your next event and we want our “packages” to attend as well!
